Refund Policy

1. General
Due to the nature of digital subscription products, refunds are limited after product information has been delivered.

2. Eligible for Refund
① Cancellation before product delivery
② Service failure due to company fault
③ Product significantly differs from description

3. Process
Request via KakaoTalk or Telegram → Refund within 3-5 business days
